South Perth & Kings Park Walking Cultural Tours

Be welcomed to your guided cultural tour by a Traditional Owner with a strong family history of ancient customs and traditions in the Perth area.


South Perth Walking Cultural Tour

  • Walk along the beautiful South Perth Foreshore, overlooking the Perth City skyline and scenic Swan River (or Derbal Yerrigan in Nyungar language) as we share traditional stories of Whadjuk Country and the history of the Nyungar People in Perth.

  • Explore the tranquil oasis of the Scented Gardens.

  • Learn about plants used for bush foods and medicinal purposes.

  • Touch and feel Aboriginal artefacts.

  • Learn about Aboriginal culture, language and stories.

Kings Park Yorga’s Walk

  • Taking in the magnificent gardens of Kings Park and spectacular views overlooking Perth City and the Swan River

  • Hear traditional stories of Whadjuk Country and the history of the Nyungar people in Perth and Kings Park as we explore the Banksia Garden and learn about medicinal and bush foods farmed by the Nyungar people in the area.

  • Visit Pioneer Women’s Memorial place and learn about the significance of Yorgas (women)

  • Walk among the treetops and enjoy spectacular views over a glass arched bridge suspended among a canopy of tall eucalypts.

  • Touch and feel Aboriginal artefacts

Cultural Awareness

We deliver cultural awareness presentations and tours to meet the individual needs of the client and audience.


We deliver cultural presentations about Aboriginal culture, ancient traditions and the history of the Whadjuk people in the Perth region. Presentations can be design to meet the specific goal or theme of the event.

Nyungar Language Translations

We provide Nyungar language translation into English across a variety purposes, for example Government projects, corporate activities, books, signage, interpretive projects etc.
